We ship worldwide via Bpost.be, DPD, Mondial Relay, DHL. This is depending on the country of delivery, the customer has the choice of the proposed carriers in the checkout process.

ACACIA DECORS is not responsible for handling issues stemming from carriers. 

RETURNS:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for return from your home to us are for your own account. consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right, you can contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order

Include a copy of your invoice with the shipment.

As soon as we have received your return, the purchase amount, minus the costs of the return shipment, will be refunded within five days to the account with which you paid the order.

REQUIREMENTS :

- Products that you purchase through this web store and that are tailor-made for you according to the specifications specified by you are non-refundable. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. This makes the sale final after successful payment

- Articles must be in the original packaging.

- Articles were not used and do not show any traces of use (so all packaging is still intact).

- only production errors or defects are exchanged or refunded.

- Returns for other reasons are exchanged or reimbursed with a voucher

For every return shipment that is not related to a production error or packaging error, a voucher is sent.
